Ruffalo is the only original Avenger who hasn't got a matching tattoo of the superhero team's logo, while Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner have got it.

AceShowbiz - Yesterday, it was revealed that five of the original six "Avengers" actors have got a matching tattoo to mark their almost-a-decade of friendship that started out as they filmed the Marvel movie. They are Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner.

The only one who opted out of getting an Avenger tattoo is the Hulk depicter Mark Ruffalo. But Evans apparently has not given up on trying to get his "Avengers: Infinity War" co-star the matching tattoo, though for his goal to be achieved, he may have to use a devious plan.

The Captain America depicter posted on his Twitter account on Tuesday, May 8 a video showing him inking Josh Lord, the tattoo artist who gave them the matching tattoo. He wrote in the caption, "Thanks for the ink, Joshua Lorde!(and for letting all of us maim you in return) Love to @RobertDowneyJr @Renner4Real @chrishemsworth Scarlett," and mischievously added, "(we just need to get Ruffalo blackout drunk.)"

It appears that they have a hard time trying to convince Ruffalo to get the matching tattoo, but it's unclear why. Downey Jr. previously hinted that "Thor" actor Hemsworth was reluctant at first, but they finally managed to get him the tattoo.

"Five of the original six Avengers got a tattoo," the Iron Man depicter told Entertainment Weekly. "And the sixth was the tattoo artist, who gave it to five of us, the one who opted out being Mark Ruffalo. It was Johansson's idea, and she and Evans did it in New York. Then, their New York guy, Josh Lord, who is amazing, flew out to LA, he did me, did Renner, and then we just bullied Hemsworth into doing it, and he got it."

He continued, "And each one of us drew a line on the artist with his own tattoo gun and it was a total massacre. Each of us contributed to giving the tattoo artist the sixth tattoo that he designed for us. By the way, he’s got another one on him that Scarlett did, which is beautiful, which is crazy, because the line she drew on him, which was just supposed to be a straight line, looked like a lightning bolt. It was a mess."

All six of them are expected to return in "Avengers 4", though their fate beyond the upcoming movie is left up in the air since there have been many hints that "Avengers 4" will be the last for some of the beloved superhero characters.
