AceShowbiz - Sensates, here is when you can watch the series finale of "Sense8". The fan-favorite Netflix drama has been set to air its two-hour series finale on June 8, the streaming giant announced on Tuesday, April 24.

In addition to the premiere date announcement, Netflix offers a new poster of Lana and Lilly Wachowski's series. The poster features the cluster which includes Bae Doona's Sun Bak, Jamie Clayton's Nomi Marks, Tina Desai's Kala Dandekar and more. The gang poses at the rooftop with "Until The End" written above them.

"The @sense8 finale arrives June 8! Tell your cluster," Netflix's official Twitter account captions the poster.

Clayton also took to her account to share the exciting news, writing, "Hey #sensies!! GET IN! @sense8 finale June 8th! Only on @netflix! XO #nomanita."

Fans also get to know what to expect in the upcoming series-ender as Netflix reveals its official logline. It reads, "Personal lives are pushed aside as the cluster, their sidekicks, and some unexpected allies band together for a rescue mission and BPO take-down in order to protect the future of all Sensates. The highly-anticipated conclusion to the saga of the Sense8 cluster will be revealed when the series finale launches globally on June 8, only on Netflix."

"Sense8" was initially canceled in June last year after two seasons. Fans understandably were raged over the abrupt cancellation, demanding the streaming service to revive the series through BringBackSense8 fan petition. However, Netflix shut down the petition and insisted that they couldn't bring back the sci-fi series. Instead, they gave fans a parting gift through the special two-hour series finale.

The move impressed Wachowski as back in 2017, she said in a letter shared on the show's Twitter account, "Improbably, unforeseeably, your love has brought Sense8 back to life. (I could kiss every single one of you!) It is my great pleasure as well as Netflix's (believe me, they love the show as much as we do but the numbers have always been challenging) to announce that there will be another two hour special released next year." She concluded, "Thank you all. Now let's find out what happens to Wolfgang."

"Sense8", centering on eight characters that live in different cities around the world who experience a violent vision and soon find themselves mentally connected by this experience, has developed a passionate fan base due to its diverse cast, LGBTQ-positive themes and exploration of issues involving politics, gender and religion. The show also stars Toby Onwmere, Tuppence Middleton, Max Riemelt, Miguel Angel Silvestre and Brian J. Smith.
