The 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' star and the PR executive welcome their second child after expecting the baby in November 2017.

AceShowbiz - Eddie Redmayne is on diaper duty for the second time. After expecting his and wife Hannah Bagshawe's second child in November 2017, the baby boy was born on Saturday, March 10. The newborn will be the little brother of their first child, Iris Mary Redmayne, who was born in June 2016.

The couple announced their son's arrival in The Times. The news, as tweeted by a social media user, read, "Eddie Redmayne, who won an Oscar for his portrayal of Stephen Hawking in the 2014 film "The Theory of Everything", has fathered a second child. Redmayne, 36, and his wife, Hannah, 34, a public relations executive, have announced in The Times the birth last Saturday of their son, Luke Richard Bagshawe."

In November 2017, the pair revealed that they were expecting baby No. 2. At that time, a spokesperson for the Oscar winner told Us Weekly, "Eddie and Hannah are delighted to confirm they are expecting a second child."

When stopping by "Live with Kelly and Ryan" in February, the star admitted that he had prepared welcoming his second child. He joked, "We've just about got to that stage when we're beginning to get sleep and remember what that word means. Getting prepped to go back into the trenches."

"We don't know (what we're having)-we're not going to find out," he said to Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest. "Last time we didn't know either, and we did that thing where there was basically only one name for each sex that we agreed on."

In 2017, Eddie won the Empire Awards for Best Actor he obtained from for his role as Newt Scamander in "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them". He will reprise his role as the Magizoologist in "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald" which is set for a November 16 release. He also voiced Dug in "Early Man".
