The effort becomes the third album to re-enter the chart straight in at No. 1 following Prince's 2001 album 'The Very Best of Prince' and Chris Stapleton's 2015 album 'Traveller'.

AceShowbiz - Bon Jovi's latest album "This House Is Not for Sale" returns to No. 1 spot on Billboard 200 chart. The effort, which debuted atop the chart in 2016 with 129,000 units, re-enters the chart after racking up 120,000 equivalent album units in the week ending March 1, according to Nielsen Music.

This achievement is driven by a concert ticket/album sale redemption offer with the singer's upcoming U.S. arena tour. The 24-date tour will kick off on March 14 at the Pepsi Center in Denver and will wrap up on May 24 at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C.

"This House Is Not for Sale" is the third album to re-enter the chart straight in at No. 1. It follows Prince's 2001 album "The Very Best of Prince", which came back to the top spot following his death in 2016, and Chris Stapleton's 2015 album "Traveller", which returned to No. 1 after his performance at the 2015 CMA Awards.

Back to the Billboard 200 chart, the soundtrack album to "Black Panther" falls to No. 2 with 99,000 units. At No. 3, Migos' "Culture II" dips one spot with 59,000 units. On the other hand, rapper 6ix9ine's debut album "Day69" arrives at No. 4 with 55,000 units. Of that sum, 20,000 were in traditional album sales.

The soundtrack to "The Greatest Showman" climbs down to No. 5 with 53,000 units, while Ed Sheeran's "Divide (division sign)" rises to No. 6 with 39,000 units. Post Malone's "Stoney" soars to No. 7 with 39,000 units.

At No. 8, Imagine Dragons' "Evolve" returns to the top 10 with 31,000 units. Kendrick Lamar's "DAMN." slips one spot to No. 9 with 29,000 units. Meanwhile, singer-songwriter Vance Joy earns his first Billboard 200 top 10 album after his second effort, "Nation of Two", bows at No. 10 with 28,000 units.
