Logic Spits Fire in New Single '44 More'

The approximately-three-minute track features the 28-year-old rapper spitting lines about issues ranging from family troubles to doubters in the entertainment industry.

AceShowbiz - Logic is back with a follow-up to his highest-charting single "1-800-273-8255" featuring Alessia Cara and Khalid. After surprising fans on social media with the artwork of a new single called "44 More", the rapper unveiled the said track on February 22.

Just like the title suggests, the track contains one verse which is made out of precisely 44 bars. In the track, Logic spits lines about issues ranging from family troubles to doubters in the entertainment industry. He also boasts about his current position in the hip-hop industry.

"I done made 20 million dollars/ I don't flex to be acknowledged/ At this point it's common knowledge/ All you haters been abolished," he rapidly raps. "You in the club throwin' dollars, but I'm savin' mine so my kids go to college/ Or maybe they wanna do."

"44 More" is a continuation to his 2016 banger "44 Bars", which is one of the tracks off his mixtape "Bobby Tarantino". It's unclear whether the track will be included in a new project or serve as a standalone single. Last year, Logic revealed that his next album would be his last.

"I just want to end everything with a really big bang and get the f**k out of here," he shared. "I'm going to do something that has not been done in hip-hop before, and I mean that conceptually as well... It's the quadrilogy. If they're putting on the next one, it must live in that 'The Incredible True Story' universe, and it's going to be a story to end all stories, including my own."

His upcoming project will be a follow-up to his third studio album "Everybody", which made its way out to stores on May 5 last year. The 13-track effort received generally positive reviews from music critics and debuted atop Billboard 200 chart, making his first No. 1 album on the chart.
