While Pink is flooded with praises from fellow celebrity friends, Justin receives mixed responses as some are upset that he put video of Prince during his performance.

AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake and Pink took the stage at the Super Bowl LII on Sunday, February 4. Following that, there are obviously responses to their performances from many people including celebrities. While Pink was flooded with praises for her performance, Justin received mixed responses.

Pink belted out the National Anthem while battling flu at the annual championship. Despite that, she still performed without any problems, leading many fellow celebrities to praise her effort. Many of them said that she didn't sound like she had flu during the performance. For instance, Ashley Tisdale tweeted, "Wow even with flu @Pink kills it!!!"

"I feel like people slept on Pink for so long. Like how is she only doing all this now? God I love her," Ruby Rose wrote. Fellow singer Josh Groban even stated her performance that night "is goals and shout out to my friend @leslieodomjr for a stunning performance. Bravo to both!"

Despite the praises that she got from her celebrity friends, Pink also faced backlash for allegedly chewing gums before the performance. However, she quickly clarified that it was a throat lozenge and even clapped back at a hater who dissed her performance. "Yeah but atleast I suck while singing our countries national anthem, and you just suck by yourself on a dirty couch," she said.

Justin, on the other hand, received mixed response from fellow celebrities. While many praised his performance, some said that he should have brought special guests to the show.

"Rethinking this entire Justin Timberlake halftime situation and realizing I just can't forgive him for what he did to [Britney Spears] and Janet Jackson. You heard me," Kathy Griffin said. Meanwhile, Demi Lovato wished that he would bring NSYNC with him, adding, "@jtimberlake still killed it tho."

Some others, meanwhile, were upset that Justin put video of Prince during the performance. Film producer Adam Best wrote that the part would have been cool "except Prince specifically said he didn't want that, right? Even in death, Prince continues to be misunderstood."

Jenna Dewan was one of the celebrities who praised Justin's performance, tweeting, "THAT WAS A BLAST YESSSS @jtimberlake !!! Congrats!! And special shout out to his choreographer Marty Kudelka so proud of you!"

Nick Jonas also complimented the 37-year-old singer, saying, "Two words. JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE. Wow that was unreal LEGEND." Jimmy Fallon wrote on Twitter, "YESSS!!! THAT IS HOW YOU DO IT!!! Magic. Loved THAT! See you in a few."
