The highly-kept secret movie, originally known as 'The God Particle', is set on a space station and will be released on Netflix after the big game.

AceShowbiz - The mystery is revealed. Netflix has announced the surprise release of a new "Cloverfield" movie, "The Cloverfield Paradox". During Super Bowl LII broadcast on Sunday, February 4, the streaming giant revealed that the movie would debut right after the game.
Netflix has also released the first trailer for the third "Cloverfield" movie, which was previously known as "The God Particle". Starring Daniel Bruhl among others, it is set in a space station and seemingly takes place years before the events in the first film, which was released in 2008, as it promises to answer questions about the arrival of a gigantic monster in New York City ten years ago.
According to the movie's description, "on the near future, a group of international astronauts on a space station are working to solve a massive energy crisis on Earth. The experimental technology aboard the station has an unexpected result, leaving the team isolated and fighting for their survival."
Helmed by Julius Onah, it was written by Oren Uziel and Doug Jung. Other stars in the cast include David Oyelowo, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Elizabeth Debicki, Chris O'Dowd and Zhang Ziyi. J.J. Abrams, who directed the first movie, serves as producer along with Lindsey Weber.
Before the surprise announcement during Super Bowl, the project had been shrouded in secrecy, just like its predecessors. The two previous "Cloverfield" film were produced on relatively small budgets and released by Paramount to great profitability. However, the third installment has a bigger budget in the $40 million-plus range with more established cast supporting it.
A fan of "Cloverfield", director Ava DuVernay was excited about the release of the third movie.
