AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa just gave her Little Monsters a surprise. The songstress took to social media on Wednesday, January 24 to tease a music video for the piano version of her ballad "Joanne".

The 34-second teaser video finds GaGa setting out on her own and dancing in a field while the song is playing in the background, showing her gorgeous vocals. "Honestly, I know where you're goin'/ And baby, you're just movin' on/ And I'll still love you even if I can't," she sings over the piano instrumental. "See you anymore/ Can't wait to see you soar."

In the caption, she let fans know that the Lupus Research Alliance is receiving donations. "The @lupusresearchalliance is receiving a donation in honor of Joanne Stefani Germanotta," she wrote. "Please consider a donation to this tremendous organization."

"Joanne" is the title track off GaGa's fifth studio album, which was released on October 21, 2016. The track was inspired by her late aunt Joanne Stefani Germanotta, who died at just 19 years old due to complications from Lupus. In an interview with Zane Lowe, the songstress called the track "the true heart and soul of the record."

"I had to write about Joanne. I had to," she told the New Zealand-born Radio DJ at the time. "Because it's the single most important event in my family's life and it's the thing that has made me who I am today."

Talking about the album, GaGa remarked that "Joanne" is herself "without makeup on." She said, "There's no filter. This record goes right for the gut. Sometimes you don't want to listen to a song that makes you go there. But that's what this record is. This record makes you go there. But it's also, I have to say, one of the most rewarding musical experiences of my life, making 'Joanne'."
