AceShowbiz - It hasn't been long since Ben Affleck went public with his relationship with Lindsay Shookus. However, the "Gone Girl" actor reportedly wanted to pledge to spend the rest of his life with the "Saturday Night Live" producer although his divorce from Jennifer Garner hasn't been finalized.
"They can't bear to be apart and spend every free moment they have together," an insider tells Life & Style.
The site further states that the 37-year-old TV producer is spotted wearing a beautiful sparkler on her right hand which many assume is a gift from Ben. The insider adds that the 45-year-old actor has "fallen hard" for Lindsay. "It's no surprise that they're now taking their relationship to the next level. The both want to spend the rest of their lives together."
However, there are two things which should be done before the pair can tie the knot. The couple is reportedly waiting for their respective divorces to be finalized. Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben nine months ago, and according to a source, "they're getting close to finalizing things." The source goes on saying, "Once their divorces are both out of the way, Ben plans to walk down the aisle with Lindsay."
Meanwhile, Lindsay filed a divorce from "Late Night with Seth Meyers" producer Kevin Meller, with whom she shares a four-year-old daughter. It's said that their divorce hasn't progressed much since September 2015.
Ben and Lindsay reportedly have been looking for a love nest as they were spotted looking at properties near New York City's Central Park, in L.A.'s Santa Monica Mountains and in the same Brentwood neighborhood in recent months. "They're house hunting for a love nest," says an insider. They allegedly will exchange vows at the home with "just close friends and family" attending.
