During his interview with Zane Lowe of Beats 1, the 'True Colors' singer also says that he won't make the same mistake again, promising, 'We're not going to do that again.'

AceShowbiz - Super Bowl LII is just around the corner, but fans haven't forgotten about Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson's infamous wardrobe malfunction back in 2004. Ahead of his Super Bowl halftime performance, the singer opened up to Zane Lowe of Beats 1 about returning to the annual championship's stage again.

In case you don't remember, Justin accidentally tore Janet's bra during their joint performance of "Rock Your Body", exposing her bare breast. Recalling the incident, Justin told Zane that he "stumbled through it, to be quiet honest."

"I had my wires crossed and it's just something that you have to look back on and go like, 'Okay, well you know, you can't change what's happened but you can move forward and learn from it.' " he continued. When asked if he has resolved things with Janet after the incident, he confidently answered, "Absolutely."

He added, "I don't know that a lot of people know that. I mean, I don't think it's my job to do that, because you value the relationship that you do have with people." The "True Colors" singer also said that he wouldn't make the same mistake again at his upcoming performance. "It's just one of those things were you go like, 'Yeah what do you want me to say? We're not going to do that again,' " he remarked.

Justin's Super Bowl headliner announcement was not welcomed by many people, with many remarking that Justin should apologize to Janet instead of performing. However, it appeared that it only made Justin determine to prove them wrong.

"He is disappointed that people are trying to tear down what he plan to be an amazing show. He feels like is going to give 110 percent and that the past incident with Janet shouldn't be attacked," a source previously told HollywoodLife.com. "He plans to prove everyone wrong and make all the detractors eat their words!"
