AceShowbiz - Tom Hanks just proved that he's the guy to trust with your drink order at 2018 Golden Globe Awards on Sunday, January 7. During a commercial break at the event, "The Post" star stopped by an open bar to pick up many martinis that he needed to use a tray to carry them all.

The moment was captured by many guests who attended the annual event, including "This Is Us" creator Dan Fogelmen. The pic saw Tom carrying three martinis and another cup of alcohol to the guests, including Steven Spielberg. "Best thing I've seen here. Tom Hanks delivering a tray of martinis to his table. The best," Dan captioned the pic which has earned over than 4,000 likes.

Director Marc Adelman and Showtime Network's Johanna Fuentes also witnessed the moment, sharing pics of the actor casually carrying the tray. "Tom Hanks just became the most interesting man in the world," Marc captioned the pic. On the other hand, Johanna said that she found another reason to "love Tom Hanks. He not only gets his own drinks, but brings martinis for the whole table."

Another guest who witnessed the moment was MTV's Josh Horowitz. "I just witnessed Tom Hanks go to the bar to order and carry back 4 martinis on a wobbly tray by himself. It's office. He's perfect," Josh tweeted.

Earlier that night, the award's host Seth Meyers jokingly encouraged Tom and Oprah Winfrey to run for vice president and president respectively in 2020 during his opening monologue. "In 2011 I told some jokes about our current President at the White House Correspondents Dinner. Jokes about how he was unqualified to be president, and some have said that night convinced him to run," Seth said.

"So if that's true I just want to say, Oprah you will never be President. You do not have what it takes," he continued, before telling Tom that he would never be vice president. "You are too mean and unrelatable. We'll just have to wait and see," he said.
