AceShowbiz - Mariah Carey rings the New Year by returning to ABC's "Dick Clark's New year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest" following her fiasco last year. Donning a white fur coat, long earrings and a sparkly low-cut gown, the songstress belted out two of her 1990s hits which are "Vision of Love" and "Hero".

After performing "Vision of Love", she told the crowd that she wanted some hot tea as it was freezing cold there. "Just want to take a sip of tea if they'll let me," so Mariah said while turning around onstage. "They told me there would be tea. Oh! It's a disaster. Well, we'll just have to rough it. I'm going to be just like everybody else with no hot tea. But we're going to try and do this one for you."

The singer then started performing "Hero", which she dedicated to "everyone that speaks out for justice and tries to make the world.. a more united planet." Mariah was joined by a small choir dressed in white robes during the performance.

Also at the show, Britney Spears ended her four-year Las Vegas residency by performing a rendition of "Work B**ch!" and "Toxic". The songstress started the rendition of "Toxic" by singing on a giant tree prop before majestically going down to the ground with the help of wires. She then was joined with a group of backup dancers.

Bangtan Boys a.k.a BTS, on the other hand, drove fans wild with their pre-recorded explosive performances of "Mic Drop" and "DNA" on the show. During their performance, the audience could be heard cheering very loudly. They ended the performance by telling the crowd, "Happy New Year!"

Meanwhile, Nick Jonas delivered performances of three of his hits such as "Close", "Jealous" and "Home". The 25-year-old hunk belted out the songs while playing guitar and displaying some dance moves.

Other musicians who performed on the show included Camila Cabello, Kelly Clarkson and Shawn Mendes.
