The Russian model bares all in a new Instagram video to promote Mert and Marcus photography book.

AceShowbiz - Irina Shayk goes completely nude in a new video promoting Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott's photography book. The 31-year-old model took to her Instagram account on Wednesday, December 13 to share the sultry clip of her stripping down to her birthday suit.
"Do u know the book of love ?" so Irina captioned the sizzling black-and-white video, announcing that "Mert and Marcus 20 years of work limited editions and signed book is out ! Order online https://bit.ly/2AxGu7Y @mertalas #mertandmarcus."
The clip began with the Russian model flashing her bare derriere as she provocatively walked away from the camera wearing just a pair of black heels. She could also be seen posing naked on the floor with the book, gazing while clutching her chest, and smoking a cigarette on the floor while still posing naked.
Irina has also shared a naked photo of herself taken from the shoot with the famed photographers. Captioned with "Bed time Reading.. #MERTandMARCUS limited edition book is out NOW🔥 Forever love this #dreamteam @mertalas @macpiggott," the snap found the stunner lounging on a bed with the photography book covering her chest and privates.
In another photo previously posted on the photo-sharing site by Mert, the brunette beauty was seen flashing her bare derriere as she lied on her stomach with the book next to her. Sporting loose tresses and smokey eye makeup, she looked straight at the camera.
The nude photo session aside, Irina is currently busy with her role as a new mom in addition to her modeling career. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model has one child, a girl named Lea de Seine, whom she shares with her actor boyfriend Bradley Cooper.
Irina gave birth to the little girl on March 21 in Los Angeles, two years after being together with the "A Star Is Born" star. The couple started dating in early 2015, and has been living together since November the same year.
Prior to dating Bradley, Irina had a five-year relationship with Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, who recently welcomed his fourth child into the world.
