AceShowbiz - Liam Payne may be able to sing One Direction's songs without any mistake, but it doesn't mean that he can also sing other members' solo songs successfully. The "Strip That Down" hitmaker has taken to Instagram Stories to share a short clip of himself attempting to sing along to fellow groupmate Niall Horan's jam "Slow Hands". Well, he failed.
The six-second clip finds Liam mouthing lyrics to the wrong part of the song. Adding humor to the situation, Liam admitted the funny mistake by captioning it, "When you sing the wrong part of the song," adding a face palm emoji.
Liam and Niall recently bumped into each other at the 2017 iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball, which was held at the Forum in Inglewood on Friday, December 1. Capturing the rare moment, the "Bedroom Floor" singer uploaded on Instagram a picture of him posing with Niall at the backstage. He captioned it, "@niallhoran good to see you bro," to which Niall responded, "You too bud. Great few days. See you at home."
Talking about his reunion with the "Slow Hands" singer, Liam told Entertainment Tonight that it was "fantastic." He shared that the two "played a bit of Playstation yesterday in my hotel room in San Jose," adding that it was really nice to see Niall again.
"He came and hung out for a little bit, but it's just so nice to see him," he told the news outlet. "I don't know, when you see someone you haven't seen for ages, you become the same person that you were with them. I don't know, it's very interesting."
The father of one has been vocal about his enthusiasm for a One Direction reunion. Replying to a fan's question on Twitter last year, Liam appeared confident that they would get back together again. "I'm certain that we will," he tweeted, adding a 100 emoji.
