AceShowbiz - Harry Styles was presented with Best International Artist Award at the 2017 ARIA Music Awards, which was held on November 28 at Star Event Centre in Sydney. Celebrating his win, the "Kiwi" singer decided to hug and kiss Lorde on the cheek before accepting the award from "Pitch Perfect 3" stars.
Footage of Harry kissing Lorde surfaced on the Internet, and fans soon took to social media to react, with one comparing the moment to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal engagement. "I guess the excitement I feel about Harry and Lorde kissing at ARIA Awards tonight is how most people feel about the royal engagement," one tweeted.

Another said that the moment just added 30 years to his/her life. "Not to be dramatic but Harry kissing and hugging Lorde on his way to receive award just added 30 years to my life," the Twitter user wrote. One other said, "Lorde thought Harry was gonna kiss her once so she was about to sit down but he kissed her other cheek. Wow."
Their kiss aside, Harry congratulated Australia's legalization of same-sex marriage during his acceptance speech. "Every time I've ever been in Australia over the last several years, everyone has always been so wonderful to me. Thank you for having me here and having me back. I obviously wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the fans who voted," he said. "Congratulations on your recent political decision."
The "Sign of the Times" singer also took to Twitter to thank his fans for the award. "Thank you to everyone who voted for me at the ARIAs tonight," he tweeted. "What a wonderfully warm welcome back to Australia. I love you all."
