After his wife shared a photo of her blossoming baby bump on social media, the 36-year-old singer confirmed that she's pregnant with their first child together.

AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Ray J and his wife, Princess Love. The "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" stars announced earlier on Monday, November 27 that they're expecting their first child together, one year after tying the knot.
Princess Love was the first to break the happy news, sharing on her Instagram account a photo of her blossoming baby bump. "It's such a blessing from God to be able to carry our child," so the 33-year-old mother-to-be announced in the caption.
On why the couple didn't announce the good news right after they learned about the pregnancy, she said, "We kept this to ourselves until after the first trimester because it's bad luck to announce too early. But we're so proud to share this journey with you guys." She concluded, "Thank you for all of the love and prayers."
Later that day, Ray J made an appearance on "The Real", where he confirmed that they're expecting a baby. "Princess and I, we're expecting," he exclaimed, telling the hosts that they have yet to find out the sex of the baby. "I'm nervous, excited... it finally happened. My first one," he gushed.
"It was special, because we was tryin' for awhile," the 36-year-old singer continued. "It's not as easy as people think. Some people go on tour and get everybody pregnant. But for me, it was love and we took our time."
Ray J admitted he would be happy with either gender, but he's hoping for "a little girl first." He said, "Because it's like, Daddy's little girl," before adding, "The little boy is going to probably be a little aggressive, so I wanna be able to have some peace first. Bring the peaceful side in and then bring the boy in. But whatever God blesses us with, I'm happy."
Ray J and Princess Love tied the knot in August 2016 at the Cathedral of Saint Vibiana in Los Angeles after dating for nearly two years. The singer was previously in a long-term relationship with reality TV star Kim Kardashian from 2003 to 2006.
