'He basically ghosted her,' a source says of the 'Hotline Bling' hitmaker, who reportedly ended his fling with the Victoria's Secret model via text message a month after they got together.

AceShowbiz - The rumored romance between Drake and Bella Hadid has already ended before it could ever really start. The 31-year-old Canadian singer and the 21-year-old model are said to be "no longer talking" after he "basically ghosted her" by ending their brief fling via text message.
Drizzy and Bella began "casually dating" in early October, when he attended her birthday party in New York City. But things are now believed to have turned cold between the "Hotline Bling" hitmaker and the Victoria's Secret model, a source reveals to Us Weekly.
Drizzy is currently touring out of the country, while Bella recently hit the runway at the 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which was held at the Mercedes Benz Arena in Shanghai, China, along with other models and Angels that included Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge and Candice Swanepoel among others.
Bella previously dated The Weeknd. They split in November 2016 after nearly two years of dating. Previous report claimed that Drizzy and Bella had been enjoying a secret romance since early June, and their fling was said to have caused a rift between him and The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye.
"Bella has fallen even harder" for Drizzy since he threw her a birthday party last month, a source previously said. The source explained that the model "thought it was so romantic. It started out casual, but they're definitely serious [now]. They've been meeting up and going out for romantic dinners."
"Bella was getting over her ex and wasn't interested in Drake," shared the source, but that soon changed when the "One Dance" hitmaker "turned on the charm and wooed her with romantic gestures, including expensive jewelry and flowers."
Bella wanted to keep her alleged romance with Drizzy under the radar, the source said at the time, explaining, "After having such a public relationship and breakup with The Weeknd," the younger Hadid sister's trying "to keep her new relationship on the down low."
