The 31-year-old musician failed to deliver what was stipulated in the contract, which said that he had to make an appearance as well as host the after-party.

AceShowbiz - After making a headline at his Sydney show's after-party, Drake has made another one at his Melbourne show's after-party. However, instead of getting praises from fans, the "Hotline Bling" hitmaker is slammed for refusing to host the event, which was held on Sunday night, November 19.

A female fan who attended the event stated that Drake only stood on the balcony for two minutes without engaging in a conversation with the guests at all. "There was no communication from anyone on stage as to when Drake would be there or what was going on," she said. "Drake was just stood on the balcony for all of two minutes. He didn't even say a word; we were absolutely gutted. We should all be receiving an apology and a refund."

Another angry female fan said that she spent $84 to attend the event, which people paid between $84 to $105. "We spent $84 and were crammed in there like sardines because we were made to believe he was coming out on stage for a few hours," she said, adding that it wasn't the first time Drake did this. "This same thing happened at an event at Trak in Toorak last time he came."

Organizers of the event have been reported to be in discussions with lawyers as fans continue to demand refunds. A spokesman from entertainment company Bearzerk, which helped arrange the event, stated that the 31-year-old musician failed to deliver what was stipulated in the contract, which said that he had to host the event for 60 to 90 minutes.

"Drake did not deliver what was stipulated in his contract. He turned up at the venue but did not host the after-party or engage with people," the spokesman said. "The engagement contract stipulates Drake would make an after-party appearance, including hosting of 60 to 90 minutes. This was not delivered."

Drake has not responded to the news.
