The former TV executive was spotted wearing a blonde wig while stepping out for dinner with a male friend at a Phoenix restaurant amid mounting allegations against him.

AceShowbiz - Harvey Weinstein has been spotted stepping out in Phoenix after a number of women came forward with sexual harassment allegations against him. The disgraced movie mogul tried to disguise himself by wearing a blond wig, but an onlooker still recognized him and took his picture, which is then obtained by TMZ.

Weinstein also wore orange makeup and a baseball cap during the outing at Chestnut restaurant on Thursday night, November 2. He was joined by a male friend. The 65-year-old reportedly asked for a private room, but the room was all glass so people in the restaurant still could see him.

Weinstein has been in Phoenix where he completed a 1-week outpatient rehab program. He's reportedly getting more outpatient therapy.

Meanwhile, another actress has come forward with sexual harassment allegation against Weinstein. Julianna Margulies said in an interview on Sirius XM's "Just Jenny Show" that Weinstein and Steven Seagal tried to sexually harass her earlier in her career.

The former "The Good Wife" star claimed she was led to their rooms by female assistants purportedly for business meetings. "These women were leading me to the lion's den," she said.

The Emmy-winning actress recalled her 1996 encounter with Weinstein, when she was in her third season of "ER". She was told that she would get a screen test if she met with Weinstein and was promised that the woman accompanying her would be in the room at the Peninsula hotel with them.

"She knocked on the door, and she was standing behind me," Margulies recalled. "And he opened the door in a bathrobe. I could see that there were candles lit in the room, and there was a dinner for two. And I saw him stare at her, daggers."

Margulies remembered she saw the woman shrugging, "like, 'What could I do?' " She went on sharing, "And he looked at me, furious, and he took the door and he said, 'Just wanted to say good audition.' And he slammed the door." She eventually didn't get the part.

As for her experience with Seagal, she met him when she was 23. A female casting director asked her to go to the actor's room at 10:00 P.M. to go over a scene. She was told she and another actress were up for the role that would earn her a Screen Actors Guild card.

When she arrived at the hotel and entered his room, "I saw his gun, which I had never seen a gun in real life," she recalled. Fortunately, Margulies said she got out of the room "unscathed. I never was raped. And I never was harmed. And I don't know how I got out of that hotel room...I sorta screamed my way out."
