The former star of MTV's 'The Hills' dumps her husband after 10 months of marriage due to an alleged domestic violence incident.

AceShowbiz - Audrina Patridge is cutting ties with her husband Corey Bohan. The former MTV reality star files for divorce from the pro BMX rider and wants nothing to do with him. The 32-year-old actress has filed for a temporary restraining order against her 35-year-old estranged husband.
Rumor has it, "The Hills" star is calling off her marriage after only ten months due to an alleged domestic violence incident. "Audrina's number one concern is for her daughter and she asks for privacy at this time," her representative says in a statement.
"These problems have existed their entire relationship," an insider tells PEOPLE. "They broke up and got back together, and she really thought things would be different when they got married, but she's realized things had to change before it got even worse, and she had to get her and her daughter out of the situation."
Audrina Patridge started dating Corey Bohan in 2008. He proposed to her in 2015 at the Summit House in Orange County, California. "Corey dropped to his knee and said, 'We have been together for many years now and I love you more than anything. I want to spend the rest of my life with you - will you marry me?' " she recalled.
They have a 1-year-old daughter named Kirra Max. The couple tied the knot in Hawaii in November 2016, five months after welcoming their first child. None of her former co-stars from "The Hills" were invited. She explained, "If we were doing a really big wedding, I'd invite them, but we're keeping it intimate."
Patridge last posted a picture with her husband on Instagram in late August. "The perfect summer date night at home cooking another fun recipe," she captioned the photo. "Love that we can just enjoy a beautiful night together without any hassle."
