Besides 'Life Changes', other country albums that land on the top 10 this week include Dustin Lynch's 'Current Mood' and Kip Moore's 'Slowheart'.

AceShowbiz - Country star Thomas Rhett nabs his first No. 1 album on Billboard 200 with his latest effort "Life Changes". The set racked up 123,000 equivalent album units, including 94,000 in traditional album sales, in the week ending September 14, according to Nielsen Music.

Making its way out via Valory Records, "Life Changes" marks the first No. 1 country album in 2017. The last effort which landed atop the tally was Jason Aldean's 2016 album "They Don't Know". Additionally, "Life Changes" has the third-biggest sales for a country album this year, following Chris Stapleton's "From A Room: Volume 1" (202,000) and Zac Brown Band's "Welcome Home" (139,000).

EDM duo ODESZA returns to Billboard 200 with "A Moment Apart", which bows at No. 2 with 63,000 units. Greatly enhanced by the group's ticket/album sale promotion for their upcoming tour, the set marks the act's best sales week to date.

At No. 3, rock band The National scores their third top 3 effort with "Sleep Well Beast", which earned 62,000 units. The band previously landed at No. 3 with 2010's "High Violet" and 2013's "Trouble Will Find Me". Meanwhile, former No. 1 Lil Uzi Vert's "Luv Is Rage 2" descends to No. 4 with 56,000 units.

Jack Johnson's "All the Light Above It Too" debuts at No. 5 with 44,000 units. The set marks the singer's seventh top 10 album. He previously bowed atop the chart in 2013 with "From Here to Now to You". Trailing behind "All the Light Above It Too" is rapper XXXTENTACION's "17", which slips to No. 6 with 40,000 units.

Country singer Dustin Lynch scores his highest-charting album as "Current Mood" starts at No. 7 with 36,000 units, while Kendrick Lamar's "DAMN." falls to No. 8 with 35,000 units. Rounding out this week's top 10 are Khalid's "American Teen", which dips to No. 9 with 31,000 units, and Kip Moore's "Slowheart", which launches at No. 10 with 29,000 units.
