The 'Not Today' hitmaker has announced that the mini-album, which serves as the first record in their 'Love Yourself' series, will arrive next month.

AceShowbiz - Bangtan Boys a.k.a. BTS has finally announced their comeback music. After teasing fans with a number of mysterious posters, the group has now finally announced that the first EP in their highly-anticipated "Love Yourself" series will be released on September 18.

Titled "Love Yourself 'Her' ", the mini album will reportedly be a portrayal of young people who have fallen in love. There will be four packaging versions of the effort, and it will include a hidden track that was written and produced by the group's leader Rap Monster. Fans can pre-order the new EP starting Friday, August 25. Further details will be revealed on BTS' official Fancafe channel in the near future.

The "Love Youself" campaign officially began in May when Rap Monster made a cryptic statement during his speech when receiving Top Social Artist Award at Billboard Music Awards. He said at that time, "Remember what we say: Love myself, love yourself."

BTS is cementing their global success after recently winning Choice International Artist Award at Teen Choice Awards. "Love Yourself 'Her' " marks the group's second record to be released in the U.S. following "Wings". The boyband's latest effort is "You Never Walk Alone", a repackaging version of "Wings", which released in February.

Besides posters, the group has released a highlight reel that finds each member interacting with female co-stars. The cinematic visuals serves as a teaser of what is to come on the long-running project. The concept is not entirely new, though, as since the beginning of their career, the septet has brought up conceptual series for their albums.

A press release promised a "large-scale campaign for the new record." A rep for Big Hit Entertainment previously shared, "The released poster is a teaser that shows the whole story of the 'Love Yourself' series which will be continuing on into next year. Promotions for the new album that's planned for September will begin on a full scale later on."
