The trainee involved in T.O.P's marijuana case reveals that she was not the one who offered the illegal drugs to the singer.

AceShowbiz - Trainee involved in Big Bang's T.O.P's marijuana case has broken her silence. The trainee named Han Seo Hee revealed that she was not the one who offered the illegal drugs to the "Bang Bang Bang" singer.

Following her trial to appeal on August 18, Han Seo Hee told K-Star media her side of story for the first time. "I acknowledge my crime, and I'm deeply reflecting on my actions," she revealed. When asked if she felt wrongly accused of anything, she replied, "The one who offered it was the other party. I've never forcibly offered anything, and the electronic cigarette in question was not mine."

Han Seo Hee claimed that T.O.P took the electronic cigarette from his own pocket, and only later did she find it contained the drug. She continued, "I had less to lose than him, and he had a lot to lose. That's probably why they tried to put the blame on me. There are a lot of things I think are unfair, but even if I explained each thing, people won't believe me. That's why I think it's better to hold back and move on."

Han Seo Hee is currently in the process of appealing after she received her sentencing in June.

Meanwhile, T.O.P was charged with illegal marijuana use after the police found out that he smoked marijuana in his house with a female acquaintance prior to serving in the military. He initially denied the claims, saying he didn't know that what he smoked was marijuana. However, he later pleaded guilty to four charges of marijuana use during his first trial.

The "Fantastic Baby" singer was sentenced to two years of probation and ordered to pay a $10.6 fine. He would face a 10-month prison sentence if he violated the probation period. T.O.P later stated that he didn't plan to file an appeal against his sentence.
