AceShowbiz - Is Taylor Swift gearing up for a comeback? The "I Don't Wanna Live Forever" hitmaker took to Instagram on Monday, August 21 to share a mysterious 10-second video just days after she after wiped them all blank.

Taylor sent her fans into frenzy when she shared a cryptic GIF of what appeared to be a writhing lizard, snake or dragon tail that flickered as if it was shot on an old-school VHS tape.

Joseph Kahn, who directed the music videos for four songs off Taylor's 2014 smash "1989", "Blank Space", "Bad Blood", "Wildest Dreams", and "Out of the Woods", subsequently retweeted the video and added a smiley face.

He later wrote, "In 30 minutes, as a show of power, @taylorswift13 will blot out the sun," a reference to Monday's solar eclipse.

Joseph added, "Guys please don't look at the eclipse directly because of this tweet. Thanks. People shouldn't take my tweets literally, metaphorically, alliteratively, seriously, or ironically."

On Friday, August 18, Taylor removed her profile pictures from Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook before deleting all her posts from Instagram and Twitter.

It looks like Taylor is readying her anticipated sixth album. While her representative hasn't responded to a request for comment, her fans are losing their minds.

A fan commented, "DID TYALOR JUST PSPT A CIDEO OF A FUXKIN SNAKE I CANT BREBSHTE." A second fan wrote, "She timed this with America's total solar eclipse. Talk about being 'shady'." Another fan added, "ITS A SNAKE SHE ISNT COMING TO PLAY SHES PLAYING EVERYONE WHO PLAYED HER BACK."

It has been nearly three years since Taylor released her "1989" album back in October 2014. Her most recent effort was the single featuring Zayn Malik, "I Don't Wanna Live Forever", for the "Fifty Shades Darker" soundtrack.
