AceShowbiz - "American Horror Story: Cult" has released new posters that reveal the roles of some of its cast members as well as give first look at the characters. The actors, dressing as their characters, seem to be stalked or haunted by a clown cult member who is lurking in the background.
Those who are featured in the posters are Billie Lourd who portrays Winter Anderson, Colton Haynes who plays Detective Samuels, Billy Eichner who stars as Harrison Wilton, Alison Pill who portrays Ivy Mayfair-Richards, and Cheyenne Jackson who plays Dr. Rudy Vincent.
Other stars confirmed to be part of the seventh season are Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Emma Roberts, Adina Porter, Frances Conroy, Mare Winningham, Leslie Grossman and Lena Dunham. Paulson and Peters will play a couple named Ally and Kai, respectively.
The story will revolve around the 2016 U.S. election and feature a character based on President Donald Trump. It is expected to kick off on the election night, "illuminating and highlighting people who don't have a voice in our culture -- people who are ignored by the current administration and who are afraid and feel terrorized that their lives are going to be taken away."
It is set to premiere September 5 on FX.
