AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber will not face criminal charges after accidentally hitting a paparazzo with a truck. According to sources, cops are not recommending any criminal charges against the "Despacito" hitmaker.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that they've determined Justin had no intent to strike the paparazzo. According to the sources, the photog was in the wrong for standing in the street. However, since that's a minor crime, he won't be charged because it wasn't committed in the presence of police.

Justin was involved in a car collision in Beverly Hills as he was leaving Hillsong church services at Saban Theater on July 26. He accidentally slammed his monster pickup truck onto one of the photographers who surrounded his car.

The accident occured just days after the 23-year-old singer canceled remaining shows of his "Purpose" tour.
