'It' First Full Trailer Will Make Everyone Feel Unsafe

When the clown monster, Pennywise, terrorizes children in Maine, the members of The Losers Club band together to protect each other.

AceShowbiz - The first full-length trailer of "It", based on Stephen King's novel, is finally here. It opens with members of The Losers Club having a bliss, swimming and exploring the woods, while Stan Uris (Wyatt Oleff) says in voiceover about the unseen danger that is lurking around in the town of Derry, Maine.

We see Ben Hanscom (Jeremy Ray Taylor) being cornered on a bridge by bullies. A couple drives by, but they don't do anything to stop it. It appears that they're under the spell of Pennywise as a red balloon is seen in the car. We get to learn more about the history of the cursed town.

The terror caused by the shape-shifting evil begins to be strongly felt when Bill Denbrough's (Jaeden Lieberher) little brother Georgie (Jackson Robert Scott) encounters the clown monster. Following the disappearance of Georgie, Pennywise tries to lure Bill.

There's also a quick glimpse of the evil clown attacking Bev Marsh (Sophia Lillis), who is later seen floating inside Pennywise's sewer lair. As the adults seem to ignore these strange things, the kids decide to stick together. They explore the abandoned house, where they see some manifestations of the formless entity.

In "It", when children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, a group of young kids are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against an evil clown named Pennywise, whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries.

Andres Muschietti directs the horror flick, which has Bill Skarsgard playing the creepy clown. Finn Wolfhard plays another member of The Losers Club, while Nicholas Hamilton portrays Henry Bowers who bullies the young protagonists. Gary Dauberman, Chase Palmer and Cary Joji Fukunaga write the script of the movie, which is set to be unleashed in theaters across the nation on September 8.
