Colbert introduces his Scaramucci impression, Seth Meyers dubs the Wall Street financier 'a human pinky ring,' and Trevor Noah predicts that Scaramucci is 'going to be around for at least a month.'

AceShowbiz - Late-night show hosts have reacted to President Donald Trump's new hire Anthony Scaramucci. After White House press secretary Sean Spicer resigned his post on Friday, July 21, New York financier Anthony Scaramucci was named the new White House communications director.

Taking it to his "Late Show", Stephen Colbert pointed out why the Fox News contributor, who has earned the nickname "The Mooch," is qualified for the job. As critics called Scaramucci "a joke, and as a Trump-world hanger-on who isn't qualified for the job," Colbert responded, "Wait, have you seen the Trump administration? Those are the qualifications for a job!"

Scaramucci said in an on-air interview that he suggested Sarah Huckabee Sanders keep the "hair and makeup person" she used last week. Colbert said of Scaramucci's comment on a woman's look, "Oh, he's going to fit in with the Trump administration just fine." He couldn't help impersonating the new White House press secretary as saying, "Hey, and you could smile more, would that hurt so much? You're so pretty when you smile."

While Colbert showed why Scaramucci fits for the job, Seth Meyers mocked The Mooch on NBC's "Late Night" show. "Look at this guy. He's a human pinky ring," joked Meyers. "He is the human embodiment of a double-parked BMW. He looks like the guy who leaves a doo-wop group over creative differences." He added, "He definitely calls waitresses sweetheart."

Trevor Noah, meanwhile, dedicated a segment called "Profiles in Tremendousness" to Scaramucci on "The Daily Show". The host said he continued for Scaramucci "since he's going to be around for at least a month."
