AceShowbiz - Jesse Williams and Minka Kelly further fueled dating rumors as the stars were spotted having a movie date together in West Hollywood on Monday night, July 10. The "Grey's Anatomy" actor was spotted leaving the theater with the "Friday Night Lights" actress.
"They were very close and walked hand in hand inside the theater to see 'Baby Driver'," a source told HollywoodLife.com. "It was a dinner and a movie type of night for them. He looked really happy to be with her."
The source went on saying that the alleged new couple "got cozy in the dark, romantic, private areas of the theater, away from the common rooms where people would be able to watch. The chairs are quite comfortable, so it's easy to spread out and lounge a little bit. It looked like they enjoyed the film as they were laughing and joking when they left. By that time it was pretty late and I think they tried to be low-key about their exit."
During the romantic flick date, the pair could be seen doing their best to cover themselves. Jesse opted for a full-black attire with black pants and a black hoodie, which he put on his head above a matching cap. Similarly, Minka dressed casually in a gray sweatshirt and a black long coat. She paired the look with a pair of jeans, army green cap, pink sneakers and brown bag. In the photo obtained by TMZ, the actress looked taken aback by the paparazzi.
A source claimed that they are definitely an item. "They really care about each other and are dating exclusively," an insider told E! News. "Minka has been there for Jesse not only as a girlfriend, but also as a friend. Jesse is really private with everything especially his relationships but feels open with Minka and she has been supportive and that's what he needs now."
This came after Jesse denied cheating on his wife Aryn Drake-Lee, whom the 35-year-old actor is now in custody battle with, in Jay-Z's "4:44" footnotes. "I was in a relationship 13 years, 13 real years, not 5 years, not 7 years, 13 years. All of a sudden mother f**kers are writing think-pieces that I somehow threw a 13-year relationship - like thee most painful experience I've had in my life like with a person I've loved with all of my heart - that I threw a person and my family in the trash because a girl I work with is cute," Jesse said.
Jesse and Minka first sparked dating rumors after the two were caught kissing and hugging on a romantic Paris trip in March. They became friends back in January while working together on the upcoming video game "Detroit: Become Human".
