Detroit Police Department has released several photos that were taken at the rocker's hotel room after he was found dead back in May.

AceShowbiz - Some graphic photos from the suicide scene of Chris Cornell have been revealed. Detroit Police Department released the photos two months after the Soundgarden and Audioslave vocalist committed suicide by hanging in a hotel room in Detroit.

In some photos obtained by TMZ, the exercise band Chris used to hang himself inside his room's bathroom was on the floor. Streaks of blood were spotted around the band. The police also found three prescription bottles on the table, which include anti-inflammatory medicine prednisone, antacid medicine omeprazole and anti-anxiety medicine lorazepam. In the room itself, Chris' guitar was seen on the chair, while his sunglasses were on the unmade bed.

Chris' wife Vicky Cornell previously detailed her troubling last phone conversation with her husband before his death, during which he kept repeating, "I am just tired." "He was different," Vicky said in the police report. "When he told me he may have taken an extra Ativan or two, I contacted security and asked that they check on him."

It was believed that the drugs Chris took on the night he committed suicide might be the reason of his death. However, the medical examiner later said that "these drugs [that were found in his system] did not contribute to the cause of death."

Vicky released a statement after the report was released. "Many of us who know Chris well, noticed that he wasn't himself during his final hours and that something was very off. We have learned from this report that several substances were found in his system," she stated. "After so many years of sobriety, this moment of terrible judgement seems to have completely impaired and altered his state of mind."
