AceShowbiz - George Clooney and Amal are enjoying their new roles as parents. After welcoming their twins, Ella and Alexander, last month, the couple hadn't stepped out together. However, they were seen with their twins for the first time a month after their birth.
In some photos obtained by TMZ, George appeared to be carrying one of the twins in a bassinet as he exited a private jet in Milan on Wednesday, July 5. Amal, meanwhile, was spotted chatting with their crew while carrying the other twin in a matching bassinet.
The "Michael Clayton" actor wore a black T-shirt which he paired with jeans. Amal also opted for a casual look for the trip, donning a white T-shirt, jeans and a pair of white sneakers. Both of them accessorized with sunglasses.
George seemed to be embracing fatherhood a bit too much as he reportedly ignored his friends after becoming a father. "George is making these lame excuses because he's gotten snobby and anti-social since moving to England," a source revealed. "All of a sudden he's stopped returning calls from Rande Gerber, Bill Murray, Matt Damon... even Richard Kind, who's been very much his best buddy for years."
He was also said to be very protective over his children and planned to move back to L.A. after terror attacks in the U.K. "[George] doesn't feel like Amal and the twins are safe living in the English countryside," an insider shared. "He's determined to move his family to L.A., where he feels much more secure."
It was previously reported that the "Tomorrowland" star hired bodyguards for Ella and Alexander. "Fatherhood was a long time coming for George so he's not risking his brood coming to any harm," another source claimed. The security guards would reportedly accompany the family during outings and take turns to protect the nursery.
