AceShowbiz - Cindy Crawford's daughter Kaia Gerber may need to slow down a bit while pursuing her career in modeling. The 15-year-old aspiring model has sparked social media backlash after posting a topless selfie on her official Instagram account.
The teenager wore nothing but an oversized white robe which was hanging off her shoulders in the image. She held the robe in the chest to keep it from falling off with one hand, while holding her phone with another hand to take her picture in front of a mirror. She simply captioned it with "uniform."
While she undoubtedly looks stunning in the photo, some people think that the pose is inappropriate because of her age. "you're 15. stop," one commenter wrote. Another commenter shared her opinion, "I love kaia with all my heart and she is gorgeous but she is too young for this types of photos."
Another added, "Too young for this." A concerned fan weighed in, "If my 15 yr old posted this, model or not a model I would kill her. This just makes me sad." Another similarly wrote, "I'd kill my daughter if she did this at 15. Unfollowed. You're starting your Career off wrong."
Some others, however, think there's nothing wrong with the picture. "For all you haters, this pic would be the same if she were wearing a strapless dress. You can hardly see her boobs. What is wrong with showing shoulders. Damn y'all a new level of hate and stupidity," someone defended Kaia. Another commented, "ru kidding?? Everyone needs to get a grip, chill and realize she is doing nothing inappropriate."
