The comedian plans to hold a series of town hall meetings to help educate young people about sexual assault and how to avoid being accused.

AceShowbiz - Fresh off his victory in a sexual assault case against Andrea Constand, Bill Cosby plans to share his knowledge on how to avoid being dragged into a similar situation. The disgraced comedian plans a public lecture for young people to enlighten them about problems their misbehavior could create.

His spokesman Andrew Wyatt said on Thursday, June 22 that Cosby would launch a series of town halls for young men and women to warn them of the dangers of "hanging out and partying, when they're doing certain things they shouldn't be doing." Wyatt added, "We're now planning town halls and we're going to be coming to this city (Birmingham) sometime in July ... to talk to young people because this is bigger than Bill Cosby."

Cosby was charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault stemming from a 2004 encounter with Andrea Constand at his home outside of Philadelphia. A judge declared mistrial on Saturday, June 17 after the jury was deadlocked after 52 hours of deliberation.

On Wednesday, a jury member told ABC News that they couldn't reach a verdict in all counts because two jurors believed Cosby should be acquitted. "There was no budging," after the first deadlock, the juror said, "and there was none from there on out."

However, a second juror told CNN affiliate WPXI that the jury was more evenly split and that votes were generally split along 7-5 or 5-7 votes for most of the deliberations.
