The three rappers successfully created intimate vibes in the studio as they performed the catchy trap song on the vibey set.
To celebrate the release of his latest album "Pretty Girls Like Trap Music", 2 Chainz crashed "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on Friday, June 16 to perform a track titled "It's a Vibe" off the project. Although one of his collaborators on the song Jhene Aiko was absent, the rapper still managed to enlist Trey Songz and Ty Dolla $ign on the performance.
On the nearly-four-minute set, 2 Chainz turned the studio into an intimate nightclub. Bathed in soothing pink light, the set clearly oozed sensuality and intimacy. Not to mention, some chandeliers hanging on the ceiling and the mysterious backing singers, who wore masks and did some choreography onstage, were added to the vibey set.
Sporting a pink jacket that was similar to his cover album, 2 Chainz delivered some slick verses before Trey and Ty Dolla joined him onstage to rhyme some lines over the catchy trap music. The 39-year-old spitter then ended the lively performance by dropping his mic.
2 Chainz's latest album is a star-studded project. Besides Trey and Ty Dolla, the set features guest appearances from Drake, Gucci Mane, Pharrell Williams, Nicki Minaj, Swae Lee of Rae Sremmurd and more.
