Amid the 'Teen Mom OG' star's pregnancy speculations, her on-/off-boyfriend says that she is indeed pregnant with their first child.

AceShowbiz - After repeatedly denying her pregnancy speculations, Farrah Abraham's on-/off-beau Simon Saran finally reveals that she's pregnant with their first child. In an interview with HollywoodLife.com, Simon said, "She just may 26 and pregnant."
The interview took place after Farrah re-sparked rumors that she's pregnant by showing off a burgeoning bump. In a photo and video Simon shared on Snapchat and Twitter over the weekend, the "Teen Mom OG" star could be seen sporting rounder belly in yoga pants and a crop top.

When pressed if Farrah was indeed pregnant, Simon simply told the publication, "Yes." The webloid went on to ask if he was the father, to which Simon cheekily responded, "I think we should go on the 'Maury Show' and find out!" He continued, "Yes, I'm looking forward to being called Daddy," before adding, "Oh, and if I am the father, I would want my kid also to call me Daddy."
Farrah first sparked pregnancy rumors when she appeared to have a tiny bump in a vacation photo with Simon late last month. However, Simon insisted at the time that "she's not pregnant. I believe she had too much Dr. Pepper to drink for breakfast that left her looking bloated."
