Will Jennifer Aniston Star in a Musical?
Movie

Report says that the 48-year-old actress is 'serious about making a musical as her next film.'

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Aniston may be singing in next movie. A source tells National Enquirer that the "Friends" actress has given herself a "one-year deadline to score a starring role in a musical."

"Jen is finally getting serious about making a musical as her next film after years of questions like, 'Can she really sing?' from fans and the press," says the source. The insider adds that Aniston "totally can" sing and that she will be "better than half the young pop starlets on the radio these days."

The source goes on saying that Aniston doesn't want to do an ensemble musical. Instead, she "wants to be the standout star when she does finally have 'her moment.' "

However, it turns out that Aniston isn't on board to star in any musical movie. A source close to Aniston tells Gossip Cop that "the report is off-key, and a rep for Aniston also assures Gossip Cop the claim is 'no true.' " According to the site, they have been "covering Aniston for nearly 25 years and interviewed her dozens of times, and the topic of singing in a musical has came up zero times."

Aniston was last seen in war drama "The Yellow Birds", which was set during Iraq War. She also starred in comedy "Office Christmas Party" alongside Jason Bateman, Olivia Munn, Kate McKinnon, T.J. Miller and Jillian Bell. Aniston will next be seen in drama comedy "Dumplin'".
