AceShowbiz - During The CW's upfront presentation on Thursday, May 18, stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki announced that "Supernatural" would be doing an animated crossover with Scooby-Doo in the upcoming season 13. It might sound like they were joking, but it turned out they were serious.
The stars also offered the first look at the animated episode during the presentation. Animated Sam (Jared) and Dean (Jensen) will cross path with the cartoon canine. Jensen said that he would be the Fred and Jared would be the Daphne, but further detail is currently kept tightly under wraps.

"Supernatural" has done several weird crossovers for the past few seasons. The Winchester brothers have found themselves trapped in a TV world and later did parodies of sitcoms, commercials, game shows and "Grey's Anatomy". They were once transported to a world where they were actors named Jared and Jensen and starred in a TV show called "Supernatural".
"Supernatural" season 12 finale airs tonight at 8 P.M. on The CW.
