AceShowbiz - CBS has unveiled its Fall 2017 lineup with no major changes. Six new shows, including "The Big Bang Theory" prequel "Young Sheldon", "Seal Team and "S.W.A.T.", have been added to the lineup to fill in the gaps. Meanwhile, Tuesday and Friday night schedules remain identical to last Fall schedule.
As the network canceled "2 Broke Girls" and "The Odd Couple", Monday will feature a revamped comedy block. New comedies "9JKL", which is set to premiere on October 2, and Bobby Moynihan-starring "Me, Myself & I" fill in the gaps at 8.30 P.M. and 9.30 P.M. slot respectively.
CBS hit comedy "The Big Bang Theory" will air on Mondays night at 8 P.M. before heading to Thursdays once the football ends. Starting on November 2, its spin-off "Young Sheldon" will follow the series on Thursdays at 8.30 P.M. slot. Prior to that, CBS will debut a one-time special preview episode of "Young Sheldon" on Monday, September 25 at 8.30 P.M.
David Boreanaz's new drama "Seal Team" joins Wednesdays lineup at 9 P.M. slot, pushing back "Criminal Minds" to 10 P.M. Meanwhile, "S.W.A.T.", starring Shemar Moore, is set for Thursdays at 10 P.M. starting on November 2. Sunday nights will feature new drama "Wisdom of the Crowd" at 8 P.M.
Left on the bench for midseason are "Code Black" and "Elementary". New shows "By the Book" and "Instinct" also join them in midseason.
