Halsey Announces 'Hopeless Fountain Kingdom' Tour and New Song 'Eyes Closed'

The 'Gasoline' songstress has announced the tour dates and supporting acts, including PARTYNEXTDOOR and Charli XCX, for the extensive trek.

AceShowbiz - Halsey is ready to take her upcoming album "Hopeless Fountain Kingdom" on the road. The 22-year-old singer took to her social media accounts on Wednesday, May 3 to announce the tour dates, hinting that it was only the first installment of the world tour. Fans could definitely look forward to the trek as it will boast special appearances from PARTYNEXTDOOR and Charli XCX.

The tour will kick off in Uncasville, Connecticut on September 29 and run through November 22 in Cleveland, Ohio. Halsey wrote in the caption, "This is the biggest tour I've ever done and I'm bringing you the biggest show to go with it @partynextdoor @charlie_xcx (ps this is installment ONE of a world tour. That's why only NA dates for now! More to come xo)."

Following the announcement, Halsey gave another surprise by announcing that she would release a new song titled "Eyes Closed". Along with it, she also revealed the single's cover art. The track is set to be premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show on Thursday, May 4. She wrote, "and I am premiering a BRAND NEW SONG tomorrow on @beats1official with @zanelowe @ 9:30am PST / 12:30pm EST."

"Eyes Closed" will be the follow-up to the album's lead single "Now or Never" which was released last month. Prior to this, Halsey unveiled the track list of "Hopeless Fountain Kingdom". The highly-anticipated set will feature sixteen tracks and boast collaborations with Quavo, Cashmere Cat and Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui. The album is set to hit the shelves on June 2.
