The 36-year-old reality TV star will do everything to have one more baby, including the high-risk surgery that could end her life.

AceShowbiz - Kim Kardashian is determined to have a third baby. In a new sneak peek of the April 2 episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", the mother of two tells her family about her plans to undergo surgery so she can get pregnant again.
"I have to go in and repair my uterus because I decided I'm going to try to have one more baby," she tells her mom Kris Jenner and sisters at dinner. "Isn't that exciting?" Disbelief Kendall Jenner responds, "Oh my God. I thought you for sure done," while Kris' boyfriend Corey Gamble adds, "I don't want you to, like, do anything risky."
When Khloe Kardashian asks what the procedure is for, Kim replies, "I have to have surgery on my uterus to kinda repair this hole," before adding, "So they need to like clean that out and then there's like scar tissue. It'll still be like a really high-risk pregnancy, just I would be able to get pregnant."
In a confession interview, the 36-year-old socialite says, "Having more kids is definitely going to be a struggle. I've gone through so much with really bad deliveries that the doctors don't feel like it's safe for me to conceive again myself." Though it will be extremely risky for her to try for a third baby, Kim thinks "this surgery is really the one last thing I can try." She wants her kids to have siblings, so she will do everything to make it happen.
