The 23-year-old British singer is reportedly having sleepless nights in the recording studio ahead of the arrival of his first child with girlfriend Cheryl Cole.

AceShowbiz - Liam Payne has been hard at work on his debut solo album following One Direction on-going hiatus. As the deadline for the upcoming record is being rushed ahead of the arrival of his first child with girlfriend Cheryl Cole, the 23-year-old British pop singer is reportedly having sleepless nights in the recording studio.
"Liam is in a real rush to get as much done before Cheryl goes into labor," a source tells The Sun. "He did as much work on his music in LA as he could but obviously he will be a father any day now so he's in London and has his phone on loud so he can rush to her side immediately if he has to."
Liam is said to be completely exhausted by all the work he is doing. "It's not ideal right now but it will mean he's completely free to dote on mum and baby when the time quickly comes," the source says, "but it's fair to say he's already completely knackered due to this schedule. People at the studio only see him at night and he locks himself away from 9 P.M. until 4 or 5 in the morning, only taking an occasional cigarette break."
While Liam and Cheryl have never commented on the baby news publicly, the 33-year-old beauty will reportedly go into labor this month. "Cheryl is getting very excited to meet her baby," a source tells Metro. "Her due date was mid to late March but she knows there is a two week window on either side so her baby could literally be here any day now!"
