Baby Dream is Rob Kardashian's first child with fiancee Blac Chyna. The couple is rumored to split after being absent from each other's social media. Chyna has another child, a son named King Cairo, from her previous relationship with Tyga who is now dating Rob's little sister Kylie Jenner.
Kim herself has two children with her own rapper husband Kanye West. Their daughter North West is three years old and son Saint West turned 1 year old in December.
