The 'Syriana' star says he and his lawyer wife restrict themselves to going to places that they aren't welcome as a responsibility to protect their unborn babies.

AceShowbiz - George Clooney's life is already affected by his unborn babies. During an interview with Paris Match on Tuesday, February 21, the "Syriana" star promised that he and his wife Amal would not go to dangerous places during her pregnancy to be "much more responsible" for the babies.

"We decided to be much more responsible, to avoid the danger. I will not go to South Sudan anymore and or the Congo [and] Amal will no longer go to Iraq and she will avoid places where she knows she is not welcome," George told the magazine. "Before, I did not care. I would even say that there was a pretty exciting side to going where no reporter had ever been."

George's concerns for their babies' safety is normal since the couple works in dangerous fields. George was known for advocating a resolution of the Darfur Conflict in South Sudan, while Amal is an international human rights lawyer. In 2015, Amal even defended Maldive's former president, Mohammad Nasheed, who was being detained for terrorism, and received enormous threats which led to her co-council being stabbed in the head.

For now, George and Amal choose to live between Italy, England and the United States since they have properties in those countries. "We have the chance to live between three countries: Italy, America and England. But as soon as the children go to school, it will be necessary to choose where to settle," George shared. "In the meantime, we will continue to move according to our respective schedules."

Although the babies made George and Amal postpone their work, they didn't seem to be bothered. In fact, George is incredibly excited to welcome his twins as he said, "How can we not be anxious when faced with this immense responsibility? To give birth to a child in this world - never mind two! We are very happy, very excited, but also a bit nervous, it's normal."
