Melania Trump Is 'Miserable' After Becoming a First Lady
Celebrity

The 46-year-old model is allegedly struggling to cope with being a First Lady since she never dreamed of having that kind of life.

AceShowbiz - Melania Trump is not happy with her life. The mother of one is reportedly struggling with the realities of her new role and not ready to have the responsibility as the new First Lady of the United States. Melania's family friend, stylist Phillip Bloch, spilled the beans to Us Weekly about the First Lady's struggle.

"This life wasn't her dream. It was Donald [Donald Trump]'s," Bloch said, before adding, "Truthfully, it's a lot to cope with." Bloch later revealed that Melania had a hard time dealing with public backlashes, especially after Gigi Hadid impersonated her at the 2016 American Music Awards.

A source close the family also said that the new FLOTUS "was horrified when the world made fun of her." Melania felt that "the entire world she used to enjoy is closed to her" after a lot of designers refused to dress her in their collection. Melania's dream to launch a broad-based commercial brand was also damaged due to a false publication by Daily Mail. She filed a lawsuit against the publication, but it led public to accuse her of intending to cash in on the presidency. Those things made Melania feel unhappy with her life as an alleged family source said, "Melania is unhappy with how her life ended up. She is miserable."

Because of the hardships that she faced, Melania has been spending most of her time in her lavish apartment and hardly ever go out. Melania was last spotted in January when running errands. Apart from that, she only left her $100 million house to visit her other lavish house. Another source revealed that Melania didn't even take her son to school since she now has the Secret Service taking Barron to school and retrieving him. "She is staying hidden more," said Bloch.

Melania recently drew criticism for seemingly ignoring her first lady duty to escort Akie Abe, the wife of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, during her visit to the United States on Friday, February 3. Although the next day a smiling Melania appeared to accompany Akie while their husbands were busy chit-chatting about politics, that didn't stop the backlash. A source said, "Don't let her smile in those photos fool you. She hates this."

Despite the reports, a source close to Melania denied the rumors. The source claimed that Melania "is very happy with her life and supporting her husband and family."
