The former husband of Hilary Duff allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in a threesome involving a second female.

AceShowbiz - A woman accused 36-year-old former hockey player Mike Comrie of rape, according to TMZ. "There is an open investigation of sexual assault involving Mr. Comrie," so LAPD Officer Liliana Preciado confirmed the internet chatters.
Comrie who is the ex-husband of Hilary Duff allegedly met with the woman on Saturday, February 11 at a bar in a Los Angeles area. They later went to his condo in West Hollywood and she claimed that she was sexually assaulted multiple times.
After the alleged incident, the woman went to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to get a rape kit done. Comrie hasn't released an official statement but according to police reports, he denied the accusation and insisted the sex was consensual. It was reportedly a threesome involving a second woman who hasn't filed a complaint.
