Bowie's final album 'Blackstar' earns him three Grammy Awards, while Adele and Beyonce also pick up the early awards.

AceShowbiz - David Bowie is already one of the winners at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards. Ahead of the telecast on Sunday night, February 15, the "Purple Rain" hitmaker earned three posthumous Grammys for his final album "Blackstar".

"Blackstar" won Best Alternative Music Album, Best Rock Performance for which Bowie beat Beyonce Knowles and Jack White, and Best Engineered Album - Non Classical which he won over Prince. The late singer was nominated for four Grammys, and his final category will be announced in the live telecast.

Adele and Beyonce also picked up the early awards. The "Hello" hitmaker won Best Pop Vocal Album for her record "25" and Best Pop Solo Performance for "Hello". The "Single Ladies" songstress, meanwhile, became a 21-time Grammy winner after taking home Best Music Video for "Formation".

Beyonce's younger sister Solange Knowles won her first-ever Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance. Drake brought home an award for Best Rap Song and Rap/Sung Performance for his hit "Hotline Bling", while Chance The Rapper won Best Rap Performance for "No Problem".

Other winners included Justin Timberlake, who won Best Song Written for Visual Media for "Can't Stop the Feeling!", and The Chainsmokers, who took home Best Dance Recording for "Don't Let Me Down".
