Ed Sheeran Performs His New Songs on 'SNL'

The 'Thinking Out Loud' hitmaker caters the 'Saturday Night Live' audience to live performances of 'Shape of You' and 'Castle on the Hill'.

AceShowbiz - Ed Sheeran took the stage as a musical guest on "Saturday Night Live". Strumming his guitar, the British musician delivered two songs, "Shape of You" and "Castle on the Hill", from his third studio album called "Divide".

The episode marked the second time Sheeran came to the "SNL". The "Thinking Out Loud" hitmaker first appeared on the NBC sketch show in 2014. Back then, he performed "Sing" and "Don't" from his sophomore set "X".

Alec Baldwin who has been recurring on "SNL" as Donald Trump played a double duty. Besides returning as POTUS, he served as a host over the weekend. In a sketch parodying Beyonce Knowles' pregnancy, he channeled his inner doctor while Kenan Thompson and Tracy Morgan played the Queen Bey's twin babies.
