DJ Khaled Announces Tenth Album 'Grateful'

Accompanied by Chance the Rapper and P. Diddy, the 'We Takin' Over' hitmaker announced that the upcoming effort would be executive produced by his 3-month-old son Asahd.

AceShowbiz - DJ Khaled is ready to release his new album. The record producer/radio personality held a special conference via Instagram live on Thursday, February 9 to announce his tenth album, which is called "Grateful".

Donning an all-pink suit while holding his son Asahd at the podium, Khaled said that the album's title was meaningful to him. "The title of my new album coming out this year, my best work ever, on my momma, on my son: 'Grateful'," he said. "This title means so much to me. Especially coming off Major Key and seeing that love... The message here today is love. Love is the key and love is the answer."

Accompanied by Chance the Rapper and P. Diddy, Khaled announced that his 3-month-old son Asahd would executive produce the upcoming album. "It's about the evolution of the dream," Diddy said about the album. "At first it was about the keys... This [album] is about the longevity."

Khaled released his ninth album "Major Key" back on July 29, 2016. The album boasts guest appearances from Future, Big Sean, Jay-Z, Drake, Kendrick Lamar and Nicki Minaj among other notable hip-hop musicians. The album was certified gold by the RIAA and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.
