The 'Perfect Illusion' singer says that her sister, Natali Germanotta, was the one who suggested her to fly over the crowd for her upcoming Super Bowl performance.

AceShowbiz - Lady GaGa talked about her upcoming Super Bowl halftime show when stopping by Boston's Mix 104.1 radio show "Karson & Kennedy" on Tuesday, January 31. During the interview, GaGa addressed the rumored roof stunt and special guest performer.

GaGa was first asked about her rumored high-flying act, which made quite a buzz due to speculation that the Mother Monster would make a hole on the Houston's NRG Stadium's roof. GaGa laughed before answering, "You know, I can't confirm anything! It was my sister," referring to her younger sister, Natali Germanotta. She revealed, "My sister was like, 'I know, let's suspend you in the air!' "

GaGa also promised that her stage would be "fantastic." She said, "I don't want to say anything or give away anything specifically about what you will see during the halftime show because I don't want to ruin the surprise for everyone else. But I will tell you that it's going to be fantastic."

The radio show hosts later tried to dig more information on a rumor saying that GaGa would bring her frequent collaborator, Tony Bennett, on the Super Bowl LI stage. The "Machete Kills" actress neither confirmed nor denied the rumor as she only responded, "Tony, you know, is the best there is, and if he was in it, it would be fantastic."

GaGa refused to share any more information about her stage and shared about her meeting with NFL instead. "There's a lengthy process to go through, meeting with the NFL and sort of applying and discussing what you would do in the first place," she explained.

GaGa had nothing but praise for NFL as she shared, "I think that part of how they decide who is going to come and do the halftime show is based on our ideas and what we want to do. They were really excited about the show we wanted to put on. They've been super-supportive. They've been there every day at the rehearsal space with us and cheering me on as I rehearse. It's been great."

Super Bowl LI airs live from Houston's NRG Stadium on FOX on Sunday, February 5 starting at 6:30 P.M. ET.
