AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian is currently having a vacation in Costa Rica with the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, including sisters Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. The 32-year-old reality TV star took to Instagram on Sunday, January 29 to share a photo of her during the sun-soaked trip.
"Island Vibes," Khloe captioned the snap, adding three palm tree emojis. The sexy picture showed her flaunting major cleavage in a yellow one-piece swimsuit as she relaxed outside in the sun. Letting her long blonde locks hang down beside her tanned cheeks, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was seen seductively pouting for the camera.
Moments after Khloe shared the snap, some of her followers were quick to notice her dramatic changes as she rocked much fuller lips and a different shaped nose. They wrote in the comment section about her looking unrecognizable, wondering if the girlfriend of Tristan Thompson has been under the knife.
"What the f**k did she do to her face?" so one follower wrote. Another asked, "What happened to your eyebrows and mouth?" One of her fans warned, "Lay off them lip fillers girl," before asking, "Allergic reaction?" Another Instagram user also pointed out, "You look so different. What happened?" while another wondered, "OMG you are so beautiful but what's Happening to u."
It's unclear if Khloe's indeed undergone plastic surgery, but she told Cosmopolitan last year that she wasn't against it. "I think plastic surgery should be viewed almost like makeup, because we're all putting on a f**king mask basically every day anyway," she said. "When you dye your hair, you're changing who you are, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think people should get plastic surgery or fillers or lasers or whatever if they want it - that should be your own personal decision."
